Objective

WhiteFenceis a free web site that lets consumers compare prices and sign up for essential home services like electricity, natural gas, phone, internet, and television. By typing in their address (or the address of the home they're moving to), consumers get a list of service providers along with prices and plans available to them.

Strategy / Tactics

WhiteFence's primary customers are people moving to a new address who need to set up new service and people who are interested in seeing if they can get a better deal on their existing services in their homes.

WhiteFence wanted national and local consumer media coverage that highlighted the site's features and functions, and the cost savings it could provide consumers.
